Locations are presented in the order they first appeared in this episode. Where locations are returned to during the narrative, or are linked in the narrative (i.e. roads leading to a specific destination) we have grouped them together here for the sake of tidiness. Timings given are based on UK DVDs with 'PAL speed up'. Improved framegrabs from Blu-ray sources are noted.
