end of Standish Road is completely changed since the time of
filming. The Chambon building that Jeff is parked up outside has
been demolished and the other side of the road has also been
heavily remodeled.

Since Filming: West
Hendon Police Station has moved to new premises on Vivian Avenue
and this building, still owned by the Metropolitan Police
Authority, was renamed 'Julian Headon House' in 2004 after a
respected Detective Chief Inspector who died in February of that
year. The building has been renovated and heavily modernised in
recent years and today houses the Specialist Crime Directorate
for the area.

Since Filming:
Stanmore Hall is a Grade II* listed building and as such, it is
largely unchanged since filming (aside from a fire in 1979 which
seriously damaged its interior). It has been cleaned up
to a significant degree and now houses highly desirable
apartments which are leased by the rich and famous.
The new photographs were
taken in 2013 with official permission. Stanmore Hall is a
private residence and Randall and Hopkirk (Declassified) does
not encourage visits.
